At Magnetex, we stand by the quality of our stock market education programs. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed. We've designed our approach to be straightforward—no hidden clauses or confusing requirements.

1 Just enrolled and having second thoughts?

You have options. Our enrollment cooling-off period gives you breathing room to make sure this is the right fit for your learning goals.

  • Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment
  • Must not have completed more than 15% of course materials

2 Technical issues preventing access?

Sometimes platforms have hiccups. If technical problems on our end stop you from accessing content, we'll make it right.

  • Full refund if issue persists beyond 72 hours
  • Must report problem within 48 hours of occurrence
  • Our team will attempt resolution first
  • Refund issued if no solution found

3 Course not matching description?

We describe our courses accurately. But if something feels off or different than advertised, let us know within the first month.

  • Partial refund available within 30 days
  • Requires specific documentation of discrepancy
  • Review process takes 3-5 business days
  • Refund amount determined case-by-case

4 Medical or personal emergency?

Life happens. We understand that unexpected situations can derail even the best-laid plans for education.

  • Prorated based on course completion
  • Alternative: course access pause for up to 6 months

Program Changes

If Magnetex discontinues a program you're enrolled in, you'll receive a full refund or free transfer to a comparable course. Your choice.

Duplicate Purchase

Accidentally bought the same course twice? Contact us within 7 days and we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.

Bundle Courses

Bundled courses follow the same 14-day policy, but refunds apply to the entire bundle—not individual courses within it.

Gift Enrollments

Gifted courses can be refunded by the purchaser within 30 days if the recipient hasn't activated their access yet.

How to Request a Refund

Our team reviews your account to confirm eligibility. We'll check your enrollment date, course progress, and any prior refund requests.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Most appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Some circumstances fall outside our refund policy. These include: completed courses (90%+ progress), courses accessed beyond 30 days ago, promotional or discounted enrollments marked "final sale," third-party certification exam fees, and printed materials that have been shipped. If you've violated our terms of service, refunds aren't available.
